About 15 minutes walk from Waterside Campus. Situated right next to the Wellingborough Road shopping area. Sainsburys and a large Coop a few hundred yards away. Many pubs, restaurants and take-aways on the main Road, Pizza, Indian, Chinese, Kebab, Chips. Pickering Phipps Pub and at least 10 other excellent pubs right on the doorstep. Close to the General Hospital. Mounts gym and swimming pool is a short walk away. An excellent location with all amenities and very close to the town centre.
Getting there
Waterside campus is a 3 minute Walk to Wellingborough Road and then 17 bus which goes straight to Waterside, or 20 minute walk.

Amazing Uni accommodation! room sizes are perfect with en suites that are easy to keep clean and all facilities are easy to use. The communal areas allow room for everyone. The kitchen has plenty of space for everything you need, we even had empty cupboards with six people living together. The outside area is also lovely to use in the summer, especially when you want to study outside. Dawson Properties are a great team and whenever we had an issue we never waited more than a few days for a problem to be fixed (depending on the severity of the issue). Overall, great uni accommodation and great landlords
